Single Parent Love offers a host of useful features for getting to know other single parents. You can type email messages, engage in a live chat or even talk using your webcams, building some of the most in depth profiles around. It’s also part of the Cupid Media network, which has established some of the most successful dating websites on the internet, meaning that they know what works when it comes to getting people dates.

We were really impressed by the search features on SingleParentDating. They were really extensive, allowing you to home in on very particular details, such as the age of a member’s children, their living situation and more. This could be very useful if you wish to find someone with children of a similar age to your own, who don’t live too far away. There are surely many ways in which this could benefit your search, taking into account any other particular requirement you might have.

Creating a profile is also simple, as you can skip sections you wish to complete at a later date. This is good because the profile pages can be full of information, and completing the full profile might take some time, especially if you decide to upgrade to platinum membership. Platinum members can extend their profile further, really allowing them to put across their personality, family life and whatever else they feel is important.

As we’ve mentioned, you can easily perform detailed searches for dates. However, you can also allow the Cupid system to do its work, using its sophisticated algorithms to match you with other members. The more information you provide, the more accurate your matches will be, and from there you can receive recommendations on members you might be interested in. Easy peasy!

Membership is either free, Gold or Platinum. Free members are restricted in what they can do, but they are able to try out a few of the site’s features to get a feel for it. This includes being able to search to find out if there are people you like the sound of. Gold members can communicate with free members, won’t see adverts as they browse, can hide their profile or photos, and can initiate text-only chats. Platinum members get the full range of features (as we’ve listed), which also includes webcam chat.

Webcam chat is a really good reason to consider using this website over some of its competitors. Very few sites allow you to talk to members using a webcam, so if that interests you then you’ll probably want to consider Platinum membership on SingleParentLove.com.

Membership prices are very affordable, particularly for the longer contracts. The site no longer offers 6 month contracts, however, so you’ll have to opt for 1, 3 or 12 months. Another disappointment is that the site doesn’t have many community features such as forums, blogs, diaries or chat rooms. We couldn’t locate any events, either, so you’ll have to arrange offline meetings yourself.

Possibly the biggest negative, however, is that membership numbers are lower than we’d hoped. Or, at least, fewer members were online than we wished for. When we logged on, there were just two members online, which isn’t much help. Still, if you try different times of the day and night then these numbers can improve.

With a great range of features, a superior search and some really detailed profile creation, Single Parent Love has plenty to offer. Whilst its online activity could be improved on, it’s affordable and has all the right tools in place to help you find success with your single parent dating escapades.
